Today brought all kinds of adventures, including a visit to our neighbors at Camp Kawaga. A group of our waterskiers traveled over for a friendly ski tournament with several other camps. It’s always exciting to represent Timberlane, test your skills against others, and enjoy some healthy competition. We were proud of everyone who participated and the way they represented camp, and they had a great time experiencing another camp for the day.
Back at Timberlane, the beautiful weather made for a perfect day to be outside. Campers spent the day enjoying activities, making the most of free periods, and soaking up the sunshine. Our CITs took center stage for tonight’s evening program, putting together an unforgettable WWE-style wrestling event. From dramatic entrances and outrageous characters to hilarious storylines and plenty of crowd participation, they committed to every detail. Campers were on their feet cheering for the heroes, booing the villains, and completely caught up in the action. The creativity, effort, and enthusiasm our CITs put into the program made it a success and a perfect way to end another fantastic day. Stay tuned tomorrow for another update from the Northwoods!
